Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before sending us your phone(s). You should understand that by submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You should print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

In confirming your sale to you will need to tick the box indicating that you accept these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to place a sale via our site.

We recommend you take note of your IMEI number in case there is a problem with your sales order. Your IMEI number can be found at the back of your phone under the battery or by typing in *#06# (It is a 15 digit numbers only field). recommends completing the registration option to our site. The reason for this is so our system will recognize you should you be a repeat customer. Additionally, the registration process allows to Data Capture information which results in improvements to our site for our customers. Please refer to privacy statement in relation to personal data.

Your Device

Devices sold to should match the make and model stated when registering your order. values and grades all phones received based on our grade system ranging from an A Grade down to a C Grade phone.

Even if you do not have an A, B or C Grade phone, please send it to us anyway as it will have an environmental value and avoid landfill!

To achieve an "A Grade Value - Working" of the product listed on the website the device must:

  1. Turn on and off, with all buttons working.
  2. Not be water damaged. Water indicators must not be red. Check manufacturer's website on how to check for water damage.
  3. Be fully functional and complete, but normal wear and tear is acceptable.
  4. The screen must be working and intact, without cracks or pixel damage.
  5. The touch screen works, without cracks or damage.
  6. The device must have a fully working operational system (software).
  7. The device must come with its battery (you can keep the memory card, charger, etc.)
  8. The device must be original and meet the manufacturer’s original specifications.

"B Grade Value - Faulty" of the product listed on the website the device must:

  1. Come with its battery (you can keep the memory card, charger, etc.)
  2. Be intact - not crushed or snapped in half.
  3. Not have any missing parts or components
  4. The device has at least one function not working e.g. no volume control, screen burn, missing button, or a faulty operating system
"C Grade Value - Not Working" of the product listed on the website has a broken screen, cracks on the touch screen or is water damaged. For most handsets, there is a white strip underneath the battery. If it is any other colour, the handset has been water damaged.

Please Note: Devices received that have housings replaced, shows signs of tampering like worn screw heads, the device is badly broken or crushed or snapped in two, or the PCB board is damaged will have a zero value.

NOTE to SELLERS of iPhone: We cannot accept any device that is ACTIVATION LOCKED and we require you to remove the iCloud account from your device before sending it to us.


Note: Under no circumstances is able to return product.


Once the handset is received at our experienced Technicians do a 7 Point Check. If your handset passes the 7 Point Check, we will send to you an email stating ACCEPTED.

If the handset does not pass the 7 Point Check, we will send to you an email stating ACCEPTED WITH CHANGE. If we do not receive a reply within 5 business days, we will process the Order for Payment. If you would like to know why the handset did not pass the 7 Point Check please email us at and we will give you an honest answer supported with photos if required.


Prices offered on our website are subject to change at any time without notice. When your sales order has been placed, the prices quoted are guaranteed for 14 days. If your phones are received after 14 days from the 'order accepted date' then the up-dated current prices may apply.

If the mobile(s) received differs to the handset(s) registered on-line, the order will be processed based on the handset(s) received, not the handset(s) registered. will have the final decision on all mobile phone values.


When receives your order, we will check that it is complete, and that it meets our terms and conditions. Providing it does, we will action payment within 2 working days. Payment will be conducted according to your payment options- you can either get paid direct to your bank account or you can make a donation to a Charity of your choice. We are not responsible for the time it takes to transfer from our bank to yours.

We may accept some orders with change of grade and value of the units. In this case an email will be sent to the customer to request to accept the change by replying to the ‘Accepted with Change’ email. If we do not receive a  reply within 5 working days, we will pay according to the changed grade and value.

Note: Payment can only be made to the name and bank details provided upon order acceptance. A fee may be charged, which will be deducted from payment, if incorrect details are provided and bank fees are incurred.

Note: Onus is on the seller to provide accurate banking details. The user must enter banking details for each individual order as does not retain this information. 


Please note that we do not send out envelopes or boxes as this slows down how quickly we can process your payment. Please complete your order online before posting your mobile phones.

Print out your order sheet and enclose or write your order number, name, email address and telephone number clearly on a piece of paper and include this with your mobile phones in a secure, well padded envelope or box.  Please note that we do not require chargers, boxes or any other accessories, but these can be returned to us for appropriate disposal.

It is the responsibility of the seller to adhere to the postage directions as per our website details.  Please ensure that you are happy to send the phone(s) to us and that it is within your rights to do so. Unfortunately cannot return mobiles. will not be held responsible for any units that have been lost or damaged in transit or any discrepancy in the amount received compared to the amount entered into the will only pay for the units physically received, not for the amount of units that have been data entered via the site.

Sellers Warrant

By selling your product through our site, you warrant that:

  1. Product has been purchased from either Australia or New Zealand or used on either the Australia or New Zealand networks; and
  2. Product received that has been purchased and used in any other country other than Australia and New Zealand will be returned to the sender.
  3. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and
  4. You are legally entitled to sell the product that you have represented on our website or...
  5. If you are under 18 years of age, that you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to sell your phone to us. You and your parents or guardians release us of any liabilities or claims that may arise if you send the phone to us in breach of this warranty.
  6. You will send the product to be received at within 60 days or the order will be cancelled.

Purchaser Warrants

All purchased products will be exported from the country it is purchased.

Prior To Sending

  1. You are responsible for cancelling any airtime contract linked to each handset. We are not responsible for any call costs arising before, or after receipt of your handset, or arising from any other circumstances whatsoever.
  2. Please remove any phone locks that require a pin code and please remove SIM cards before sending us your mobile. Any SIM cards/data cards received by us will be destroyed, and so obviously cannot be returned (we will dispose of them appropriately). We accept no liability in the event that any phone that has been sent with its SIM card is lost and charges are then incurred. You shall continue to be responsible for such charges.
  3. Please ensure all personal data is removed from handsets before sending them to This includes but is not limited to all personal details, SMS, photos, videos, games, songs or other data. will not accept responsibility for the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data. By sending your mobile phone to us you agree to release us from all and any losses, claims or damages with respect to the data enclosed or stored therein or on any media used in conjunction with the mobile phone.
  4. Please transfer any contact phone numbers within the phone memory to your SIM card or another phone prior to sending the phone to us.

Status Descriptions

  • Not Processed - Order has not processed beyond accepted point.
  • Order Cancelled - Order cancelled due to non receipt beyond 60 days.
  • In Process - Order has been accepted within website but not received by
  • Despatched - Seller has entered freight information into website.
  • Received - Product has been received by
  • Payment Actioned - Bank transfer has been actioned.
